Account Executive – Aerospace & Defense - Tucson, AZ

The Account Executive – Aerospace & Defense will be responsible for revenue growth within the Aerospace and Defense domain territory through ongoing strategic development of new accounts and expansion within the existing customer portfolio. The Account Executive’s sales responsibility will include the entire range of the nCode brand fatigue and durability products and services, and the ReliaSoft brand reliability and maintainability products and services. This position will be based in Tucson, AZ.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Drive the present strategy for Aerospace & Defense customers and market growth
  • Awareness and pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business
  • Lead generation through marketing events, cold calling, etc.

Human Resources Coordinator — Tucson, AZ

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide general human resources support to the organization, including recruiting, benefits administration, payroll, new hire and exit process, assist managers with conflict resolution, provide employee support, and provide administrative support as necessary. The Internal Sales/Client Executive will be responsible for software renewals, perform initial lead qualification, promote customer training and expand new business growth within our existing customer base.

Data Scientist — Southfield, MI

The Data Scientist role will focus on applying data mining techniques, machine learning methods and doing statistical analysis to support building high quality prediction systems integrated with our current products, identify potential future product needs and apply the methods on customer projects. The Data Scientist will help discover the information and patterns “hidden” in large datasets of customer assets (vehicles, aircrafts, etc.), and help make smarter decisions to deliver actionable information and “value added” solutions based on understanding operational behavior, identifying maintenance trends and relating these two related areas to identify improved operational and maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Selecting features, building and optimizing “data classifiers” using machine learning techniques and software
  • Data mining using state-of-the-art methods and software
  • Extending company’s data with third party sources of information when needed (such as weather data)
  • Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems – includes identifying data gaps and approaches for estimating/filling that data gap
  • Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
  • Using predictive analytics and presenting results in a clear manner
  • Assisting with customer projects in terms of defining goals, performing analysis, documenting results and meeting deliverables while managing costs

Engineering Analyst - Southfield, MI

The Engineering Analyst role is responsible for performing analysis as part of an engineering team that delivers consultancy projects related to improving durability, reliability and availability of our customer’s products and equipment. The analyst will primarily use the nCode and ReliaSoft suite of products along with other suitable tools to perform the analysis work. The individual will be part of a team and will work closely with senior engineers, data analysts, data scientists, and customers on a regular basis to complete projects.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of measured data (proving ground, field or test data) using mathematical and statistical methods primarily within GlyphWorks and ReliaSoft.
  • Individually or collaboratively perform analysis on data such as product maintenance, usage, test, cost, failures etc. This includes combining data from multiple sources.
  • Development of analysis scripts if required.
  • Generation of queries and reports within data management and data analysis tools, such as nCode Automation.
  • Interpret data analysis results to draw conclusions and provide recommendations.
  • Prepare written and oral reports for project deliverables and internal documentation.

The enterprise systems include XFRACAS and the Synthesis Enterprise Portal (SEP). XFRACAS is an incident/failure/data reporting, analysis and corrective action system that facilitates incident reporting, failure analysis, part tracking, root cause analysis, team-based problem solving, actions management and other related activities. SEP allows reliability organizations access to key analyses and project management details from any web-enabled device. SEP is able to present metrics, models, analysis summaries, reports and dashboards that are shared via the Synthesis client applications.
