Account Executive – Aerospace & Defense - Southfield, MI

The Account Executive – Aerospace & Defense will be responsible for revenue growth within the Aerospace and Defense domain territory through ongoing strategic development of new accounts and expansion within the existing customer portfolio. The Account Executive’s sales responsibility will include the entire range of the nCode brand fatigue and durability products and services, and the ReliaSoft brand reliability and maintainability products and services. This position will be based in Southfield, MI.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Drive the present strategy for Aerospace & Defense customers and market growth
  • Awareness and pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business
  • Lead generation through marketing events, cold calling, etc.
  • Work with Marketing to produce, events, mailings, target marketing, etc.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in customer/prospect accounts
  • Develop calling and selling strategies for opportunities
  • Plan and execute customer visits
  • Coordinate involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources to meet objectives and customer/prospect expectations
  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to provide technical support as needed throughout the sales process
  • Develop and present quotations and proposals 
  • Utilize and document the sales process within SalesForce.com
  • Generate, maintain and report a credible forecast for the domain accounts
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer requirements on an ongoing basis

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science degree preferred OR Business degree and/or aerospace/defense industry experience 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the sales of engineering software systems to end-users 
  • Proven ability to achieve assigned sales quotas 
  • Highly developed and diversified communication skills and techniques 
  • Some knowledge of nCode and/or ReliaSoft product operation and theoretical background preferred
  • Knowledge of fatigue, data acquisition, finite element analysis and/or reliability/maintainability analysis preferred 
  • Understanding of customer’s engineering processes and corresponding software applications 
  • High standard of professional integrity

Accounting Associate - Tucson, AZ

The Accounting Associate position will assist in all general accounting duties and functions in providing quality financial data information to all users. An understanding of accounting concepts and procedures is required, including debits, credits, month end closing, general ledger and bank reconciliations. This position will be based in Tucson, AZ

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze and complete banking transactions and journal entries
  • Resolve accounting discrepancies and questions
  • Assist in preparing sales tax reports in multiple states
  • Perform account analysis and GL reconciliations
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processing
  • Support month end and year end close process in a timely manner
  • Prepare adjusting journal entries as needed
  • Assist with payroll processing and maintaining database.

Required Qualifications:

Engineering Analyst - Starkville, MS

The Engineering Analyst role is responsible for performing reliability and engineering analysis associated with federal team projects, such as the analysis of maintenance and usage data to improve equipment reliability & availability, as well as, analysis for Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) and Health & Usage Monitoring Systems (HUMS).

Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform analysis on customer data, including maintenance data, usage data, proving ground / test data, cost data, etc. This includes combining data from multiple sources.
  • Perform analysis using mathematical and statistical methods primarily within the ReliaSoft software suite and with nCode GlyphWorks.
  • Interpret data analysis results to draw conclusions and provide recommendations.
  • Prepare written and oral reports for project deliverables and internal documentation.
  • Prepare material for sales presentations.
  • Work in a collaborative environment with other federal team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • US Citizen (Requirement).
  • Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent experience in reliability analysis.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in reliability analysis and/or usage monitoring.
  • Familiarity with ReliaSoft products and/or equivalent engineering analysis software.
  • Scripting or programming exposure is beneficial.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Automated, Interactive and Performance Web Tester - Rotherham, UK

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, experienced and hardworking individual to join a world-wide leading supplier of durability, test and analysis software.

We have one positions to fill, focussed on Automated and Performance Web Testing. This is a senior role, and we will expect the candidate to take the lead in moulding our processes and working practices in this area as well as mentoring less experienced testers within the constraints of our ISO approved QA process.

To be successful in this role, you need to be a motivated and proactive individual with the ability to prioritise and plan tasks. You will be enthusiastic with good communication skills, excellent attention to detail and have the ability to work as part of a small team as well as on your own initiative.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute and maintain automated and/or manual testing frameworks for Web based software produced in-house. 
  • Document test plans and test cases, both automated and interactive. 
  • Liaise with Developers and Product Owners to determine test requirements and generate valid test data.
  • Bug / Defect Management.
  • Designing acceptance test criteria for functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Mentoring and leading junior team members, including liaising with our team in India.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years plus experience of software testing including automated and performance web testing.
  • 5 years plus experience of testing web-based applications; including cross-browser compatibility testing.
  • Knowledge and experience of open source testing frameworks, including JMeter and Selenium. 
  • A solid understanding of how to manufacture and manage test data in an enterprise-class development environment.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Java or batch / shell scripting.
  • Knowledge of the TestComplete/TestExecute testing suite or similar.
  • Experience in working in an Agile Development Environment using test driven development to support Developers and ensure quality assurance is captured.
