Once you have created an analysis flow in DesignLife, you can put multiple FE files in the FE-Input glyph and they will by default be run in sequence. If you want to produce fatigue results files with automatic naming of the files you can use the FEOutput glyph property "OutputFilename" and set it to "#testname#". This will create output files in the required format (for example .fer) with the same filename as the corresponding FE File.
