How many of you are actively researching into methods of accurately determining realistic accelerated durability test schedules or targets. I think this could be a good opportunity to cover techniques and analysis processes required, maybe even pooling ideas.
I am looking for like minded experts to add to the experience acquired in stretching the nSoft and allied tools to cover customer usage profiling, through correlation, onto proving ground schedules and finally advances in virtual proving gerounds and rigs.

Currently I am reviewing how to accurately assess the usage profiles for various 'green' vehicles. It is obviously not sensible for most green type vehicles to be proven using the same targets and drive cycles as exisitng say passenger cars - as they typically have different usage pattern imposed by charging times, access to fuels and/or allowing a new capability that has not yet been available.
