Position Responsibilities:
- Assemble & test mower data collection hardware and software
- Install data collection hardware on MDOT mowers
- Perform data collection on instrumented MDOT mowers
- Perform data analysis on instrumented MDOT mowers

- HTML development experience
- CSS development experience
- Web Authoring system experience

Account Manager- Los Angeles, CA or Seattle, WA
Revenue growth within the Western Region territory through the ongoing strategic development of new accounts/markets and expansion within the existing customer portfolio. The Account Manager’s sales responsibility will include the entire range of the nCode Brand Durability and Fatigue simulation products and services within the assigned territory, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring customers’ needs and expectations are met. This position will be based in Los Angeles, CA or Seattle, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop strategy for territory-customers and market growth
- Awareness and pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business
- Lead generation through marketing events, cold calling, etc.
- Work with Marketing to produce, events, mailings, target marketing, etc.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in customer/prospect accounts
- Develop calling and selling strategies for opportunities
- Plan and execute customer visits
- Coordinate involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources to meet objectives and customer/prospect expectations
- Work closely with Application Engineers to provide technical support as needed throughout the sales process
- Develop and present quotations and proposals
- Utilize and document the sales process within SalesForce.com
- Generate, maintain and report a credible forecast for accounts and territories
- Proactively asses, clarify, and validate customer requirements on an ongoing basis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or Computer Science degree + industry experience)
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the sales of engineering software systems to end-users
- Proven ability to achieve assigned sales quotas
- Highly developed and diversified communication skills and techniques
- Knowledge/exposure of fatigue and durability solutions, data acquisition and/or finite element analysis preferred
- A demonstrable track record in engineering software sales an advantage
- Understanding of customer’s engineering processes and corresponding software applications
- High standard of professional integrity
- Highly developed commercial awareness is essential
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel domestically

Engineering Account Manager - Rotherham, UK
Position Responsibilities:
- Grow and expand the sales of nCode software through resellers and partners in the ASEAN region and also help support the current resellers in Asia Pacific
- Maintain an awareness of, and respond to, customer needs (for HBM nCode services, products and support) with the resellers and understand customers’ durability analysis requirements
- Demonstrate and train the resellers in nCode software, and help to present to current and prospective customers
- Provide technical support to resellers and customers for nCode software, investigating problems and proposing solutions
- Present software and technical training courses for customers
- Develop calling and selling strategies for assigned opportunities for the resellers/partners
- Maintain an awareness of industry trends through media, conferences, etc.
- Plan and execute reseller/customer visits and presentations to promote nCode awareness
- Utilize and document the sales process in SalesForce (working closely with Sales Manager, Accounts and Purchasing)
- Work with Marketing/Product Planning to produce corporate literature, mailings, market and pricing analysis, including product issues and enhancements and seminars
- Work with HBM Data Acquisition Sales to leverage analysis software sales
- Perform other duties as required
Position Requirements:

Application Engineer - Roissy en France, France
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers and sales, including investigating problems and proposing solutions
- Analyze the client’s needs and determines the most suitable technical solution (in close collaboration with the technical and sales personnel)
- Perform software demonstrations for customers
- Present software and technical training courses for customers
- Test alpha and beta nCode software releases for functionality and quality
- Provide feedback to HBM-nCode product management on future software functionality
- Provide software consultancy for customer project work
- Perform other duties as required
Position Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Programming skills (Python, Metlab, VB script), FEA, nCode software, signal processing, fatigue analysis
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in pre and post sales support
- Experience in automotive, rail or aerospace industries
- French & English mandatory; Italian or Spanish appreciated
- Highly developed and diversified communication skills and techniques
- Customer-oriented, capable of proposing the best solution
- Dynamic, available and interested in having to cope with questions and needs from various industries
- Travel in France & Europe is expected
