Processing using metadata

Metadata processing and test splitting

Why not incorporate logical braches into the workflow to process the data differently according to decisions based on measured, given, or calculated numerical values? For example, road load data acquired in 3rd gear between 60 kph and 70 kph will be processed in one way, but in 4th gear in another. Text associated with the data (socalled ‘metadata’) can also form part of the process – all channels collected by ‘Phillip’ being processed in one way, by ‘Dominic’ another.

There’s no limit to the branching that can be done, so entire campaigns with multiple events and repeats can be handled in one pass – meaning you don’t have to wade through masses of files to sort everything manually. Imagine the time savings!
